Luis is a licensed architect, specializing in design, construction documentation and construction administration for educational, performing arts, recreational, multi-family and commercial projects. His responsibilities include the development of feasibility studies, design, project management, building code research and analysis, and construction permit acquisition. He is an expert in 3-D modeling & Building Information Modeling (BIM) software used during the design visualization stages and working drawing production. Luis is an ACE Mentor Program volunteer and was named an Associate of the firm in 2012, Associate Partner in 2013, and Senior Associate Partner in 2018.
