With nearly 15 years of professional experience, Terrence plays a lead role in the concept and schematic design for many of MVE’s significant projects. Directing our San Jose Studio, Terrence is a leader in the design and collaboration of multifamily, mixed-use, and urban infill assignments, skilled at managing complex large-scale projects, and has extensive knowledge in the areas of building systems and technical coordination. He was named Senior Associate Partner of the firm in 2018.
