The project goal is to deliver units that are not currently available in the Irvine market: true luxury apartment living. Residents will benefit from 5-star amenity features such as a first class fitness facility, a state-of-the-art club room, first class drop off and valet services, bocce courts, concierge mail and package delivery, concierge food and beverage services, and a rooftop pool and viewing deck taking advantage of sweeping views. The site location along Main Street currently sits 15 degrees off of “true” South orientation. The architecture reacts to this notion by orienting the building’s apertures (windows and decks) 15 degrees to the south to take advantage of better solar orientation as well as direct users to prime views. This very honest design principal becomes a guide for the architecture and thus the character of the overall project.
