The 5-story mixed-use and residential development is part of the Fremont Downtown Community Plan set to revamp the existing area. The design includes an expansive roof deck, solar collectors on the roof as well as resident bike storage. The rectangular site has contextual street frontages to add to the city’s urban fabric and works to include EV stations, which saves existing large trees on the site. This wrap-building is comprised of commercial space along with condominium and interior amenity spaces. The community pool is located on the garage roof and takes advantage of the views of the neighboring hills.
