This new 8-story complex is being developed on the shuttered San Pedro Courthouse site. The 300-unit residences will include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units above 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 559-car garage. The contemporary podium-type building is designed to have an M-shaped footprint above its podium level, creating a series of courtyards for use by residents. The project plan calls for either a grocery store or food hall and 6,000 square feet of publicly accessible open space at ground level.
