West Hollywood, CA — After nearly three years of construction, AvalonBay Communities is finally wrapping up work on the former Movietown Plaza development in West Hollywood, designed by MVE + Partners. The mixed-use complex will feature a ground floor Trader Joe’s, 293 market-rate apartments, 77 units of senior affordable housing, and 30,000 sf of retail space.
