By Steven Sharp for Urbanize LA – Architecture firm MVE + Partners has unveiled new renderings for Main Street Park, a proposed mixed-use development from Jade Enterprises in the Fashion District. The project, which was approved last month by the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, would rise at the southeast corner of 11th and Main Streets. Plans call for an eight-story building that would feature 379 apartments – with 42 set aside for very-low-income households – above 26,000 square feet of street-level retail space.
