Megan serves as MVE + Partners’ In-house Counsel, responsible for negotiating and drafting professional service agreements between developers, clients, architects and engineers. Megan also supervises, assists and manages outside counsel with litigation, drafts corporate documents, analyzes and interprets contractual provisions, and assists with resolving a wide variety of legal issues that arise during project design and construction. She was named an Associate of the firm in 2006.
