Sam Kim is a skillful designer with two decades of experience on diverse projects, including shopping malls, mixed-use, hospitals, and multi-family residential. He has participated in all design phases, from concept to construction administration, and his work can be found across the globe in countries such as Indonesia, China, and Egypt. Recently, his work has focused on local multi-family residential projects, which require an understanding of zoning and building codes.
