Located in one of the busiest intersections in Los Angeles, this low-rise building form aims to become an iconic landmark despite its small scale through the use of a strong but consistent architecture language. The building consists of 6 stories – 5 levels of residential units over 1 level of lobby/amenities/retail – plus 2 levels of basement parking. The site is bounded on three sides by retail and resident serving spaces including a rooftop terrace, outdoor pool, two courtyards on the podium. The pool was placed at the site’s prominent intersection as an add to the projects defining features. The many angles of the building form was inspired by the sites location and shape.
