This eight-story mixed-use project near the Port of Los Angeles will include 281 residential units with an 85-foot-tall structure designed to incorporate an outdoor community space that overlooks Pepper Tree Plaza and the nearby waterfront. The project design includes an elevated courtyard that faces the pedestrian 7th Street walkway with 5,000 square feet of a community open space plaza and 2,316 square feet retail space on the ground level above a three-level 505-car subterranean parking garage.
