9th and Broadway is located on a 0.57-acre urban infill site in Downtown San Diego. With scenic views of the San Diego Bay and city skyline, this simple and elegant building features 12 residential levels and a four-story base that includes over 4,500 sf of retail and 4,000 sf office-space. Encouraging social interaction among residents, the project will contain extensive open spaces with active retail uses such as a restaurant and café. As a model for sustainable design in an urban setting, 9th and Broadway has been designed and earned LEED Gold certification with features such as an eco-roof with drought tolerant planting, large operable windows and naturally ventilated corridors, landscaping and open spaces, a photo-voltaic system and highly efficient mechanical systems.
