The New Pacific Realty Headquarters is located at the prominent intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Canon Drive in Beverly Hills. The project scope included 4,400 sf tenant improvement of the entire 3rd floor office suite taking advantage of sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills, Downtown Los Angeles and iconic Beverly Hills City Hall. The challenge of bringing natural light deep into the space was solved through thoughtful clear story and sidelight elements. Attention to purposeful lighting solutions highlight priceless pieces of art and sculpture.
